Let sleeping babes lie....

Ben is in this habbit of sleeping halfway between the bed he's supposed to sleep in and wherever we are. On this night half way was in the middle of the tile floor. How uncomfortable! I gave him a pillow after a while because it just looked so uncomfortable!

Some people walk dogs......

Since our boys just love riding their trikes down the middle of the road unsupervised, we've decided to take them around the block twice every day to get it out of their systems. We discovered the wonders of leeshes. It makes it so only one of us has to go and when they
get too tired to go uphill we just pull them along. It's been a great way for us to get all their energy out and for mommy and daddy to get some fresh air and exercise. :)

Daddy and Megan. Also, this is a recent pic of the new beard Brian is sporting, he's gotten a lot of comments on it. I think I'll start a poll.

My two little monkeys. They've been jumping on the neighbor's trampoline a lot lately.

Cookies for the Relief Society

In our ward at church we had a "friendly" competition between the Elder's Quoram and the Relief Society (men vs women) to see who could visit the most people during the month. Needless to say the women knocked the socks off the men, so this is a picture of Brian and Chase Beck making their losing cookies for the women (that was the wager).

Another "you know you're in East Tennessee" moment.

In case you can't read the sign, it says "stop, drop, and roll does not work in hell."

A day at the park with the boys.

Mommy and Jeffrey Cuddle Time

It has come to my attention that Jeffrey might need a little more TLC. He's recently started to cuddle more. He's always been so independent and has only recently decided that he needs some attention too. Mommy's always good for a good cuddle moment. :)

We had the missionaries over for dinner the other night.

My silly boys playing in the refrigerator again.

For the record, I'm really trying to take pictures of my boys without them having messy faces, however, this is not one of those pictures.....

Speaking of bad skin...I made the classic mistake of not washing this new outfit before putting it on Ben and this is what it did.

Unfortunately our little Jeffrey has the Heaton curse of exema. Here's a few pictures of his usual breakout spots, the poor kid scratches it raw.

The boys really enjoy their bubble baths, here are just a few pictures we randomly took of them enjoying it.

Brian and his baby sister Mathilde

Brian finally got to meet little Mathilde while he was visiting his dad in Scottsdale for Spring Break. I don't think either of them could have been happier about it! :)

Nyberg Prison

My little escapies kept unlocking this door and escaping outside to ride their trikes down the middle of the road before I could catch them, so this was the first thing Brian did when he got home from Scottsdale. Needless to say, there haven't been anymore escapes, just failed attempts. :)

Megan's First Attempts With Rice Cereal

Rice cereal gets to be a little more challenging when you're the third child as you can see with the picture of Ben giving her "encouraging" kisses.

Megan's Blessing

This is what Megan wore on her blessing day. It was a beautiful blessing, unfortunately you had to be there to hear it because we forgot a tape recorder to record it! I guess that must be a 3rd child mishap. :) She looked absolutely beautiful as you can see and she didn't even make a sound during the blessing! She is such a wonderful baby, she sleeps from 8pm to 9am almost every night! (Grandma Heaton can testify to that!) We're so greatful to have her as part of our family, it wouldn't have been complete without her. We love you Megan! Love, Mommy.

Tagged

I'm officially welcoming myself to the "tagging" world. So here are the rules for this tag: Rules: Go to the document/my pictures site on your computer. Choose your 6th file. Choose your 6th picture. Blog about it. Tag 6 people.

I wasn't going to do this until I saw which picture I came up with. This is my sweet little Ben about 14 months old. I had just recieved the rocking chair I had ordered for Jeffrey's room and Brian made a house out of the cardboard box. Ben had endless entertainment with that box, we finally had to throw it away after it turned "floppy." I can't believe Ben was ever that little.

The 6 People I tag are: Sharice, Janice, Shannon, Nicole, Ruth Robertson, and Melissa Smith.

Grandma and Grandpa come to visit!

Grandma doing what she does best, feeding all those babies!

Just a few pictures from the last couple of weeks. Enjoy! -Shelly-

Ben LOVES his baby sister!

Daddy with his oldest and his youngest.

She's ALWAYS chomping on those fingers!

Mr. Jeffrey playing with the light switch AGAIN.

The "REAL" Cookie Monster!
