BIG CATCH UP!

Okay, so I've been WAY behind in posting a lot of our pictures. I've just posted pictures of Chase and Lauren's wedding/reception, time spent in Phoenix and Shannon and Dwayne's house, and a few things after we got back from our trip (we got back June 2nd). We had so much fun on our trip that it even made our crazy airport experiences worth it! We've been having bunches more fun since then. Our biggest time consumer right now is our basement, Brian has been working on it nearly every day since we got back. It's coming right along, I promise I'll post pictures of that soon. Right now we're putting up a drop ceiling and putting primer on the walls, hopefully we'll start tiling the floors soon. Seeing it finally start to look like a finished basement has been very exciting and the thought of being done with this project is even more exciting! Anyway, love to all and hope everyone's summers are going well. Enjoy the pictures! -Shelly-

Fun time with Daddy and Ben's new "Choo choo set"

Messy Jeffrey clenching his fists.

The first words out of Ben's mouth every morning are "choo choo!" With a train set like that wouldn't you? :)

Do these boys love each other or what?

Daddy reading Jeffrey a story after bath.

The boys and their Daddy.

An afternoon at the park with friends.

Ben patiently waiting until he can con someone into pushing him on the swing for an hour.

Sammy's Daddy helped him climb the tree.

Ben's friend Sammy.

Jeffrey crawled halfway across the park in wood chips just because he saw this ball in the distance.

Every time Belinda gets ahold of Jeffrey she HAS to put something girly in his hair, she really needs to have a girl of her own soon!!! :)

When we got back from our trip it had turned hot outside! Thank goodness mommy went out and bought a swimming pool!

Ben HAS to have control of the hose.

Jeffrey's starting to pose for the camera now too.

Ben FREEZING in the ice cold water while Jeffrey enjoys his new beach ball.

Chase and Lauren's wedding was beautiful, here are a few of our pics from their wedding and reception.

The kids absolutely LOVED the dance floor, great party Aunt Deb!

Brian dancing the night away with Rebekah.
I'm not quite sure what's in Jeffrey's mouth and his shirt is wet I think from a water bottle....Daddy must have been in charge when this was taken. :)
Uncle Josh was kind enough to hang out with Ben for me for part of the reception.
The first dance.
I couldn't resist putting this one up of Chelsea. :)
Poor Brian had to watch from a distance because of our silly boys that don't like to behave (and of course Ben is picking his nose).
The LOVELY bride and groom!

Me reading the program (one of the few moments that Jeffrey was actually quiet!
Shannon and Rebekah are waiting for the ceromony to start too.

Here are a few pictures from our visit to Shannon's house while we were in Phoenix.

We had mac and cheese for lunch and it was mmm mmm good!

The "Authorities" outside our house right after Brian talked to them.

Home of Davie Crocket and Daniel Boone Alright!

I wish that I had a picture to go with this post, but we weren't quick enough. Brian sure wished he had one of Derek's guns about 30 minutes ago when he was pulling into our driveway and saw a black bear cross the street into our driveway and then went through our backyard. I got a phone call from him in the car telling me to make sure the boys were inside (of course they were). Anyway, I've never wished so bad that Brian would've had a camera. Evidently Brian saw a different bear than our neighbors did, so as far as we know, there's two of them roaming the neighborhood, and of course in Tennessee we've got our neighbors walking around outside looking for it. The authorities have been notified and I'm sure we'll see them roaming the streets as well any minute to see if they can catch it before our neighbors do! So that's our story for the day, just thought everyone would enjoy our little adventure.

Hiking and shooting, Brian had a true "Man's Day"

Here are some pictures of Brian's "Man's Day." He woke up early in the morning and hiked up the trail to Water Canyon with my dad, then had some Cafe Rio for dinner, shot some guns in the desert and then watched a movie on Derek and Sharice's High Definition t.v. What more could a guy ask for? Okay Sharice, here are some pictures of the shooting that you've been nagging me to put up here. :)

Jerris, Shell, Brian, and Derek all get a shot at the ugly mirror

Uncle Derek and Auntie Sharice go to town on an ugly mirror they didn't like (evidently Sharice REALLY didn't like it....)

Uncle Jerris loading a gun

I think Auntie Sharice would fit right in out here in East Tennessee, what do you think?

Not to brag, but I've always been a pretty good aim!

Brian's first time shooting (or even holding for that matter) a gun....now he can officially call himself a conservative republican! :)

Uncle Derek showing us all how to properly use a hand gun

Beautiful Auntie Sharice!!!!! (evidently she was just shotout of a cannon)
